Preamble & Administrative Patronage
NowsheraZone is a public commercial discovery and B2B marketplace platform established under the economic modernization initiatives of the Deputy Commissioner Office, District Nowshera, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. By accessing or creating a storefront on this portal, all merchants, suppliers, artisans, and citizens unconditionally agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
Merchant Eligibility & Geographic Scope
To register a commercial storefront or service workshop on NowsheraZone, vendors must operate a verifiable physical commercial or manufacturing presence strictly within District Nowshera, including:
- Tehsil Pabbi (including Pabbi Industrial Estate, Taru Jabba, and agricultural trade hubs)
- Tehsil Jehangira (including Jehangira Bazaars, Indus-Kabul confluence industrial corridors, and Akora Khattak)
- Nowshera Cantonment & Heavy Industrial Enclaves (Cherat, Risalpur, Amangarh)
Foreign or out-of-district merchants without authentic supply chain tie-ups or local verification are strictly restricted from claiming local producer status.
Product Cataloging & Prohibited Goods
Vendors are exclusively responsible for the accuracy of their published specifications, images, and prices. The following goods and services are strictly prohibited on NowsheraZone:
Violation results in immediate storefront termination and referral to the District Administration Price Control & Legal Magistrate.
DC Office Verification Shield Standards
The blue "DC Office Verified" badge represents that the business premises, owner identity (CNIC/NTN), and trade activity have passed field validation by District Administration Nowshera auditors. The DC Office reserves the absolute right to revoke or suspend verification badges upon receipt of substantiated consumer complaints or non-compliance with quality standards.
Direct Commercial Transactions & Commission Exemption
NowsheraZone is a direct contact discovery portal facilitating zero-commission transactions via WhatsApp and direct telephone communication. The portal does not handle financial settlements directly. All contractual agreements, purchase orders, delivery terms, and payments are negotiated directly between buyers and merchants.
Grievance Redressal & Consumer Protection
In the event of commercial fraud, default on agreed specifications, or refusal to honor consumer rights, buyers can file an official complaint via the WhatsApp Complaint Desk (+92 923 9220098) or the DC Office Citizen Facilitation Center. The District Administration will summon the merchant for formal inquiry.
Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Consumer Protection Act. Any disputes arising out of the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nowshera District, KPK.
